EDNIS is legally unable to perform the warranty service if the documents mentioned above are not presented or are not properly filled out.
 
EDNIS 'guarantee covers the lack of conformity, that is, that the product does not comply with the advertised requirements, the use for which it was manufactured or that it has defects in origin / manufacture. In no case does the warranty cover wear, use, improper use or preference for the comfort of any mattress.
You should take into account that a mattress that has a manufacturing defect, it will be visible practically the moment it is removed from the packaging or in the following days.
